Pricing and purchasing are reserved for verified beauty professionals after license review.
Are your extensions 100% raw hair?
Yes. Our extensions are made from premium 100% raw hair.
What extension methods do you offer?
We currently offer Genius Wefts, Tape-Ins, K-Tips, and I-Tips.
Is one 100g pack enough for every install?
No. One 100g pack is commonly enough for many full-head installs, but final quantity depends on natural hair, desired fullness, length, method, texture, and professional assessment.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is a $35 flat rate to the continental United States and Washington DC, no matter how many packs you order. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or US territories.
How long does shipping take?
In-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery is typically 7–10 business days from the date the order is placed. Custom colors or out-of-stock items typically take 12–15 business days.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
No. Due to the hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final.
Can I color or tone the hair?
Yes, but because our hair is 100% raw hair, it should be colored by a licensed professional. Chemical processing may affect the longevity of the hair and is done at your own risk.
How long do the extensions last?
With proper installation and maintenance, our extensions can last a year or more depending on the installation method and home care.
Can I use heat tools?
Yes. Always use a heat protectant and avoid excessive heat to help preserve the quality of the hair.
How do I care for my extensions?
Use sulfate-free, extension-safe products, brush gently, avoid sleeping with wet hair, and follow your stylist’s maintenance recommendations.
