Due to the hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Manufacturing Defects

If you believe you have received a product with a manufacturing defect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at smjhairextensions@gmail.com.

To be eligible for review:

• The product must be unused, uninstalled, unwashed, uncolored, and unaltered.
• Photos and/or videos of the issue must be provided.
• Claims submitted after installation or alteration of the hair will not be accepted.

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, SMJ Hair Extensions LLC may, at its sole discretion, replace the product or issue store credit.
