Shipping Policy

Where We Ship

We ship to the continental United States and Washington DC. Shipping is a $35 flat rate per order, regardless of order size. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or international addresses.

Order Processing

• In-Stock Items: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received and verified.
• Estimated Delivery: Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery is typically 7–10 business days from the date your order is placed.

Custom Orders & Out-of-Stock Items

If your order requires a custom color or the selected product is temporarily out of stock, please allow approximately 12–15 business days for processing and delivery.

Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on product availability, carrier delays, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Delays

SMJ Hair Extensions LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, severe weather, customs, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events once your order has been shipped.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier. SMJ Hair Extensions LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Customers are encouraged to contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim if necessary.
